The Foro Latinoamericano de Calzado is an initiative of the Agrupación de Cámaras de Calzado de América Latina (ACCAL), which comprises the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
The event takes place with the aim of promoting integration between footwear entities in Latin America; bring knowledge through expert lectures; share practical success stories from companies in each country.
The Foro has had 25 editions, each year being held in a country selected as host. And for edition XXVI, ACCAL defined the city of São Paulo, in Brazil, with ABICALÇADOS as host.
We are the Latin American group, made up of associations and chambers, integrated by footwear and component factories, along with its entire leather and footwear value chain, with the objective of producing and generating work in Latin America.
13 countries are participating: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador,
El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay
and Venezuela.
With more than 50 years of experience, we represent 13 countries from Mexico to Argentina, with more than 2 million workers and more than 100,000 companies.
The Brazilian Association of Footwear Industries (Abicalçados) is the entity that represents the Brazilian footwear industry, working in trade defense in search of better competitive production conditions in Brazil. Founded in 1983, the entity, headquartered in Novo Hamburgo (RS), has among its members footwear companies of all sizes and in Brazilian states.
Abicalçados is the host of the XXVI edition of the Foro Latinoamericano
de Calzado.
Shoe stylist technician, has worked in the sector for over 30 years. He is 1st Vice-President of the Argentine Footwear Industry Chamber and Vice-Coordinator of the Foreign Trade Department. President of ACCAL and President of the Argentine Chamber of Defense Security Industries. Member of the admin board. of the Argentine Chamber of Security, and of CAME.
Priscila Linck holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in International Economics. In 2018, she received 1st place in the COFECON Brazil Economics Award in the monograph category. With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in market intelligence and trade defense and serves as the Market Intelligence Coordinator at Abicalçados.
Horacio Moschetto has served as General Secretary of the Argentine Shoe Industry Chamber since 2003 and has been Director of the Chamber since 2001. He coordinates the Department of Foreign Trade and owns an SME that produces casual shoes. He has been actively involved in the footwear industry for 30 years.

Haroldo Ferreira holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration, a postgraduate degree in Production Management, and a Post-MBA in Leadership. He has over 30 years of experience in the Brazilian footwear sector as an executive in industry and sector entities. In 2019, he assumed the executive presidency of Abicalçados.
Ricardo Espinoza has more than 25 years of experience. He is president of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of machine inputs and derivatives in the leather and footwear sector and director of Expo Detalles Peru. He also runs Revista Detalle Empresarial, a leader in the sector and distributed throughout South America.
Héctor Antonio Ramos Castro is president of ASPCA - La Asociación Salvadoreña de Productores de Calzado y Afines
Industrial and Systems Engineer, with a specialization in Business. With more than 30 years in the footwear industry and 26 years as General Director of the Mexican footwear brand Bambino. President of the Board of Directors of the Footwear Industry Chamber of the State ofGuanajuato and of the National Footwear Industry Chamber, since 2023.
Business administrator with more than 17 years of experience at a managerial and international level. German is Executive President of ACICAM- Colombian Association of Footwear, Leather and Manufactures Industries.
Alejandro Biasiolli is president of CICU - Cámara de la Industria del Calzado del Uruguay
Graduated in Business Administration and MBA in branding. CEO and Founder of WT.AG, a communications agency with offices in São Paulo and Novo Hamburgo/RS. Serves clients such as Unilever, Vicenza, Assistcard, Via Marte, Arezzo & Co, Unicred do Brasil, Abicalçados, Multiplan, Nomad Global, Supper Rissul, Macromix, Saccaro and Nurnberg Messe Brasil.
Graduated in Economics, PhD in Administration, Master in Retail, MBA in Sustainability, MBA in Marketing, and MBA in Business Management. Career focused on omnichannel retail in the areas of shopping, commercial, e-commerce and operations, with experience at major players such as Walmart.com, Netshoes, Oi Telecom, TIM, RV Tecnologia.

Lorenzo Hernández Olarte, creative director of the Mario Hernández brand. Graduated with honors from the University of the Arts London. Designer specialized in branding with more than 6 years of experience in the world of fashion.
What started as a small Colombian leather goods store in 1978 is today a luxury brand of bags, wallets, accessories, belts, shoes, luggage and more. Mario Hernández is named after its founder, one of the most nationally recognized Colombian businessmen, and currently has physical stores in Colombia, Venezuela, Costa Rica and Panama.
His first business was a small textile factory, which opened in 1971. Since 1980, he has been dedicated to footwear companies. It has been distributing since 2001, with Bebece, since 2003 distribution and Ferracini footwear stores. Today it has 46 footwear stores in Chile and distribution of women's footwear from Ramarim, Comfortflex, Via Marte, Terra & Agua and the own brand Chalada.

GianPaola Pedretti is Head of the International Business Unit and Exhibition Manager at Expo Riva Schuh and GardaBags. She has 3 years of experience in Russia as an import and export representative. She was also head of the Brixia Expo division and spent 16 years at Veronafiere (one of the Italian exhibition leaders).
William Parrado is Executive Vice President of ACICAM - Colombian Association of Footwear, Leather and Manufactures Industries.
Consultant in Design Management at the Inspiramais Research and Design Center. Coordinator of the Preview do Couro project, designer, speaker and specialist in the creative process for product development, content, research and curation of collections in Brazil and Latin America.
Luana Lanzini has a degree in fashion design, specializing in fashion trends forecasting and shoes design. She worked on brands such as Schutz, Alexandre Birman and Guess Europe. Luana Savadintsky has a degree in Fashion Business and has worked in the sector since 2007. She has collaborated with Siren PR NY, Wallpaper Magazine, Burberry UK, Anya Hindmarch and Schutz.

The Latin American Footwear Forum is an initiative of the Agrupación de Cámaras de Footwear of Latin America (ACCAL), which comprises the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
With the aim of promoting integration between footwear entities in Latin America and bringing knowledge through lectures by experts, sharing practical success stories from companies in each country, the Forum has had a history of 25 editions and, each year, a country is selected as host of the event.
ACCAL defined that the XXVI edition will be held in Brazil, in the city of São Paulo, with Abicalçados as host.
The 26th edition of the Foro Latinoamericano de Footwear will be held on May 20, 2024, in the city of São Paulo. The Torre Aroeira Auditorium (in the Parque da Cidade condominium) will host the event. It is located at Av. das Nações Unidas, 14401 – Chácara Santo Antônio, São Paulo – SP.
The Forum is aimed at businesspeople, industry professionals and footwear retailers, partners, sponsors, government authorities and the press.
However, places are limited to 200 participants.
The event is open, however, as it will be made up of members of international chambers, special guests, Abicalçados associates and sponsors, a batch with some vacancies that will be made available to the general public. Those interested in participating will be able to purchase a ticket to the Forum.
A reduced batch of tickets will be made available worth R$350.00, through the Sympla platform, at this link. The ticket will give access to the content event/lectures and the networking cocktail at the end of the Forum.
